Aditya asks Kaya to deliver money to a politician but this is revealed to be a trap and Kaya is accused. Kaya and Saurav have sex and she agrees to help him. Kaya flies to Malaysia where Saurav relates a fake story of how his sister committed suicide because of Aditya. He bribes one of Aditya's factory workers to mix pesticides in his cola factory, forcing Aditya to shut down and leading him to put all the blame on his trusted employee Kaya ( Daisy Shah). Saurav starts plotting to destroy Aditya's business. At lunch, Saurav makes an absurd deal of having sex with Siya in return for giving Aditya's company a big profit. Out of the blue, a businessman named Saurav Singhania ( Karan Singh Grover), gifts Aditya an expensive car and invites him and his wife for lunch. He shares a touching story of Vikram donating half of his liver to his friend Karan who had a liver issue during childhood. The movie begins with rich businessman Aditya Dewan ( Sharman Joshi) and his wife Siya ( Zarine Khan) inaugurating a hospital in memory of his elder brother, Vikram Dewan ( Priyanshu Chatterjee). The film was released on 4 December 2015 and was a box office success. Written by Vikram Bhatt, Anupam Saroj and Madhuri Banerji, the film is part of the Hate Story film series. Skimpily clad girls can get him likes for the trailer but no audience in theaters.Hate Story 3 is a 2015 Indian Hindi-language erotic thriller film directed by Vishal Pandya. Vijay Pandya should focus on the script for his upcoming movies. Editing is shoddy, cinematography is good. The dialogues are cheesy, Songs that sound good are the old ones remixed else the music is ordinary. The main lead Urvashi Rautela looks stunning but is a failure when it comes to the demand of the character portrayed by her. Vivan Bhatena is average but he also falters in the climax.

Acting - Gulshan Grover has not been given enough opportunity to showcase his talent. Viewers can identify beforehand.and the movie becomes predictable. Promoted as a thriller the movie doesn't have any, whatever is all cheap excitement. The director thought Indian audience can be fooled by merely depicting flesh without any story.

This is poorest movie of the Hate Movie franchise. But if you have to watch it for over 2 hours it becomes tedious, knowing the camera is being continuously focused on the female breasts. Watching Hate Story 4 is like watching a swimsuit edition on fashion TV.
